The views were really nice and walking across the bridge was actually fun. The restrooms were clean, which I appreciated, and the seating areas were a lifesaver when I needed a break. Snack options were okay, nothing amazing. The only thing that got on my nerves was the lines getting long because I have zero patience for standing around. Still, overall it was worth checking out.

They posted the closure info quickly, which sorta saved us from making a wasted drive out there

The place was okay overall, but the bathrooms were dirty, which was kind of disappointing. I get that they can get busy, but still, it definitely needed a good cleaning.

We had a really good time at Gatlinburg SkyPark, but the weather has to take some of the blame here. It was cloudy and windy when we went, so the views were coming and going the whole time. The bridge was still really fun to walk across, and the staff seemed friendly. I’d definitely go back, just not on a day when the weather is being difficult. 4 stars from us.

Went here with my mom, who uses a wheelchair, and it went better than we thought it would. The staff were really helpful and pointed us in the right direction, and the lift/elevator areas made things way easier. A few spots were kinda tight and got busy, so it wasn’t totally smooth the whole time, but we still got to enjoy the views and had a nice visit. 4 stars from us.

We took the chairlift up and had such a good time. I wasn’t expecting the views to be that amazing, and the ride itself was really smooth. I was a little nervous at first, but the staff were kind and made sure everyone got on and off safely, which really matters. It’s nice to see a place run things the right way and still make it fun. Definitely worth doing, and I’d go again for sure

Getting in and out was straightforward, so no complaints there. My gut feeling, though, was that the parking costs were a bit higher than they should be. Overall it was fine, but I’d definitely trust my instincts and plan ahead for parking next time.

I’ll be honest, the tickets felt pricey at first, and I kind of felt pressured to just go ahead and buy them since everyone was excited to do it. But once we got up there, the views and the bridge really did make it feel worth it. I do think it would be a lot better if they had more affordable family ticket options.

I’ll be honest, I mostly went because I thought the views would make for some really good photos, and yeah, it looked nice in parts, but it just didn’t really land for me the way I hoped.
The main areas were super crowded, and people kept stopping right in the middle of everything, which I get, everyone’s trying to take pictures too, but it meant every shot had random people in it. The bridge itself was cool to see, but the angles weren’t as good as I expected, and there wasn’t really enough space to slow down and figure out a decent photo without feeling like you were in the way.
For the price, I guess I expected there to be better spots set up for pictures or at least more room to enjoy it. I left with a couple of okay photos, but mostly I was just kind of annoyed and thinking it probably wasn’t worth it if photos are the main reason you’re going

I went to the fall lights event and it was nice. The setup looked great and the views were definitely worth seeing. It did get crowded around sunset, like the lines started getting long and it was a bit of a mess, but the staff were moving people along as best they could. So yeah, not perfect, but still a good time overall.

I loved the atmosphere up there. It was calm and relaxing, but still had enough people around to make it feel fun and alive. The views were seriously amazing and made the whole place feel way more special, like you’re suddenly in a little movie scene. It did get a bit crowded in a few spots, so moving around wasn’t always perfect, but overall I had a really good time.

I can’t say how it works for every date, but for the day we were looking at, it was really easy to check what times were open. There were a few options available, and the booking part didn’t take long at all. I liked being able to see the availability before trying to coordinate plans with my family. Overall, it felt simple and straightforward, and I’d probably use it again.

I went on a weekend expecting the lines to be a headache, but they moved quickly. Not bad at all. If you’re planning to go, I’d still try to get there a little earlier just to be safe, but don’t let the weekend crowd scare you off.

The hours were posted on the site and they seemed mostly right, but it wasn’t totally clear if they changed because of weather or certain days or whatever that was. We ended up calling before heading over just to make sure. Not a big issue, but it would’ve been nice if the hours were a bit more up to date.
